Aspall was a family cyder-making business was established in 1728 by Clement Chevallier. He planted the orchards at Aspall Hall in Suffolk. The Chevallier family still live and work among Clement’s orchards and today Aspall is run by the eighth generation of the family. Aspall has been home to our family for nine generations. A tiny hamlet north of the small market town of Debenham in mid-Suffolk. It’s a rural and agricultural area characterised by the young river Deben flowing through our orchards.
As part of our business project to source a fit for purpose ERP system, a number of companies were contacted to provide assistance and support throughout the tender process. We selected eXceeding because, from our first informative meeting, it was clear that they had listened to and understood our requirements. The PQQ and ITT documentation highlighted all the areas that were of specific interest to us and using the scoring matrixes eXceeding supplied led to a clear and precise evaluation and decision making process.
The major plus point from an Aspall perspective was that using eXceeding ensured that there was continual momentum driving the project forward and we were always kept up to speed with weekly updates in regard to project tasks, issues, progress and utilisation.
I would have no hesitation in recommending eXceeding to another business or using them again for any future projects at Aspall.
