Latterly head of marketing communications for a major multi-national, his extensive sector experience ranges from public sector and IT to construction, rail and utilities.

Cheryl is an experience procurement specialist in construction, engineering, facilities management and IT. During her 20 years in the public and private sector, she has worked with organisation across different industry in a Local Authority, Central Government, Higher Education, Utilities and Logistic environment. She loves innovations, passionate about the environment and doing the right thing is at the heart of everything she does.

Elesh has significant international and commercial negotiations experience, across Information Technology (IT), commercial contracts and complex outsourcing. He therefore brings a unique blend of real life commercial business experience and pragmatism to his clients. Elesh has spent most of his 35+ year career in commercial leadership roles for top FTSE/DOW companies as well as fast growth start-ups.

We travel a lot and enjoy trying new exciting restaurants – preferably in the sun! We are also qualified sailors and scuba divers.

Lowri is an experienced procurement, contracts and project management specialist. During her 10+ years in the industry, she has worked with organisations across both the public and private sector, on an array of subject matters including IT, Professional Services, Estate Management and Specialist Equipment.

When I was little, I wanted to be a Doctor, however, quickly realised I would have to deal with blood on a regular basis!
Mark is an experienced generalist procurement expert who, during his 20 years within the function, has worked internationally with organisations across both public and private sectors covering multiple category areas from Utilities to Pharmaceuticals. In recent years his focus has been on technology purchasing, including complex deals and strategy planning within Software, IT Outsourcing and Telecoms.

I have climbed to the top of the rigging on a tall ship whilst sailing in the Mediterranean Sea.
Melvyn has assisted governments and businesses large and small with their telecommunication projects within both the UK and the EMEA territories during the past 30+ years. These include the project management of backbone data networks, national and local infrastructure roll-outs and recently advice on emerging technologies such as 5G.

I live on a farm, and so plenty of space to walk the tracks. Visiting restaurants is my number one hobby.

Paula Jarvis MCIPS has more than 16 years’ senior procurement experience across a variety of public sector organisations, including Housing Associations, Local Government and the NHS. She also shares this practical knowledge with budding new procurement professionals as a CIPS lecturer. She brings her passion and knowledge for sustainable and ethical procurement practices to every project she works on.

I love colour and like to change my hair colour as much as possible, my bathroom has almost every hair colour imaginable in it! Happy to accept requests! 😃

I am a very active person – walking, hiking, skiing, spin classes, and I have an allotment that keeps me very busy during the summer. I exercise so I can eat cake! Photography is a massive passion of mine and travelling to random places in the UK to take photos is a great way to spend a long weekend, especially if it involves puffins.

Anything active! I love swimming and more recently this has mostly been wild swimming (yes, it is cold!). We play tennis and I head to the gym or a class at least four times a week.

Mick spent 20+ years working for EDS and HP in the IT and BPO outsourcing industry, solutioning and managing complex Pan-European delivery models. This background has created a real passion for service excellence and delivering solutions that deliver true value.

Before eXceeding, Steve spent 16 years working on the supplier-side of outsourcing. Recognising that customers were at a natural disadvantage when negotiating outsourcing agreements, in 2011 Steve founded eXceeding to readdress this balance. During Steve’s 24 years’ experience, he has worked on global and UK outsourcing deals, ensuring the creation of win-win partnerships.

Nat (Natalie) is an experienced customer service team leader with over 20 years’ experience working in FMCG supply chain delivering food products to all major retailers. She has also been a Demand Planner and collaborated with customers to agree forward forecasts and ensure supply chain flows meeting business KPI’s. She is driven by delivering excellent service and delighting her customers!

Given I have 3 horses, spare time is a rarity as they and the dogs keep me busy. I do however love live music and try to go see my favourites as often as I can.
