The AEC Framework for Multi-Specialism Services is the only nationally available Neutral Vendor Framework in the UK that enables the procurement of the full scope of professional services, works and goods. Constellia, experts in professional services spend management were appointed in January 2020 on the launch of the framework on a sole supplier basis. Constellia have now partnered with eXceeding to deliver expanded category expertise, supporting the procurement and management of the works and goods element of the framework.
Rob Levene, CEO of Constellia said “As a proven procurement model that breaks down many barriers found in traditional frameworks, the Neutral Vendor model enables buyers to access the best possible deals, working to short timescales, in a fully compliant manner. Established in 2012, the Neutral Vendor model for professional services has become the procurement model of choice for much of the public sector. Through the AEC Neutral Vendor Framework it will also become a preferred route for goods and works in the very near future.”
