Preparing for success in 2016
As the end of 2015 fast approaches, many people are looking forward to a small break over the Christmas period and taking stock of what’s been achieved over the last 12 months.
We at eXceeding will be doing exactly that. It’s been quite a year for us with significant growth in both turnover and client numbers, however we fully appreciate none of this would be possible without happy customers. Only by focusing in on the needs of our clients and adding as much value to their organisations as possible and helping them reach their objectives will we ensure that we achieve our goals.
Everyone at eXceeding works very hard to constantly improve the customer experience, everything we do has this aim in mind. Placing the customer concentric to all our plans is the only way we will continue to grow and ensure we’re able to keep on providing our clients with the professional assistance they need to stay ahead of their competition.
The past 12-months has seen eXceeding win several significant contracts, elevating the business to a position of being a major force in the tender management and bid writing arena. We are however not going to be resting on our laurels, our growth plans for 2016 are ambitious and we will need to redouble our efforts to continue providing benefits to our clients. The team here is a highly experienced one, experienced enough to know that no-one knows everything and it’s never too late to learn.
