Has been involved in bid writing and client side procurement support for more than 30 years. He is experienced in supporting and running bid teams across central government, outsourcing and technology markets. Bradley is equally at home bidding for new opportunities as he is supporting public sector organisations to structure, document and engage potential suppliers. He has been involved throughout commercial negotiations with a particular focus on generating effective pay and performance mechanisms. He is Shipley trained.
