Junior Procurement Consultant.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to support our ever increasing procurement team. If you are looking to boost your procurement career, this could be the role for you.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to support our clients in both private and public sector client organisations.

As a Junior Procurement Consultant, you will ideally have a practical approach to problem solving and be able to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple peers, external clients and suppliers.

You will likely be at the early stages of your procurement career and either studying towards your CIPS qualification, or have an interest in commencing study. Experience within a procurement environment is essential, as well as a willingness to learn and join a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience of sourcing activity – construction or facilities management a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience of procurement methodologies and principals.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, across all levels of client and supplier organisations.
  • Capable of managing their own time and priorities effectively.
  • Eager to work in an environment that is very customer driven and agile.

Most importantly, if you are enthusiastic and enjoy working hard to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

This is a hybrid working role; commutable to our Northamptonshire office two days per week.

Salary: £25,000-£29,000
