As eXceeding continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional individual to provide professional framework management services across the delivery of all frameworks and framework partners.
As the Head of Frameworks, you will be motivated by providing excellent client and supplier experiences by overseeing existing framework delivery projects. You will be comfortable in building and explaining clear procedures and processes, critiquing existing documents and reviewing framework bids. You will manage a delivery team (currently two, but forecast to grow), ensuring their time is spent effectively and supporting their knowledge growth.
You will also work closely with framework partners to ensure customer requirements are met and opportunities for growth are optimised.
Most importantly, we want you to ensure best practice and value for money for our public sector clients.

This is a hybrid working role; ideally you will be commutable to our Northamptonshire office a day or two per week and to client locations as required (but we can be flexible on this).
Salary: up to £65,000
